At EcoBike Australia, every order ships free to every address in Australia — no minimum spend, no hidden fees, no exceptions. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
EcoBike offers 100% free shipping on all products including electric bikes, electric scooters, BMX bikes, kids scooters, bike locks and accessories. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — you will never pay a delivery fee on any EcoBike order, regardless of order size or location in Australia.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Dandenong North, Victoria warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends dispatch the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Every EcoBike order is fully tracked and insured from our warehouse to your door. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder first and then contact our support team.
Electric bikes and electric scooters are delivered via specialist freight carriers. Please note the following for large item deliveries:
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Ecobike.au@gmail.com or call +61 438 571 264. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. EcoBike is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and product before unpacking and email the photos along with your order number to Ecobike.au@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. All EcoBike orders are fully insured — if your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
EcoBike currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have an Australian delivery address.
